he’s nearly 3 years old but it is only recently that i could understand 50% of what he’s saying. he mostly speaks goobleydook.. which we mostly rely on the interpreter (that’s kakak) to make some sense out of it.
but after being at home with him for 1 month, i am able to understand portions of the goobleydook that he spouts. hooray for me!
i guess after being spoiled with kakak who was conversing well enough for us to understand from when she was 2, i didn’t put in enough effort to really listen to this boy of mine.
here’s to another month and hopefully i can understand abang enough to eliminate or at least minimise incidents of tantrums when his requests are not fulfilled, purely because his mama is too thick to get what he’s asking for
