msc flagship application – what did they do with our money?
fara | 11/1/2008 | 12:55 pmduring the 1st week of ramadhan, i logged into myeg.com.my to settle amir’s summons. used maybank2u account payment services and received the confirmation of the successful transaction. so i left it at that.
then amir suddenly decided to check out myeg.com.my last week to see whether he has any summons outstanding and that’s when he discovered that the summons that we paid for way back in september was still listed.
after confirming again in my mb2u that the transaction did happen – on 27/10/08 – sent our enquiry to myeg feedback line on the matter.
myeg then responded on 28/10/08 with a request for amir’s full name and i/c – i went a step further and gave a screenshot of our PDRM search results for amir and the next day – they responded with a receipt for payment of the summons.
but then the receipt stated payment was made on 29/10/2008 and was paid via credit card.
wtf is going on here? what were they doing all this while with my money which was remittedĀ via mb2u on 6/9/2008 ? this reeks of fraud or misconduct.. i’ve stated the same in my response to their customer service – now, let’s see what’s their justification for the delay…

oh no! :O
oh yes!
got a response supposedly from the managing director ( i probably should check that claim).. apologizing for the inconvenience – apparently my transaction was not successful then.. (which was why they took it up to pay from the company’s coffers) and that they’re taking this incident as a lesson learnt to improve their functionalities and hoping that i’d continue using their service.
put in my 2 sen’s worth abt having history of transactions (which isn’t rocket science) that should help other unsuspecting users to double check whether their transactions was successful – in the event that internet or browser acts up midway.
