of foetuses and faxes
1 08 2006monday was a sad day for ayu. last saturday enroute her trip back to keramat, she dropped by our fav GP to do an ultrasound just to check on the baby as she’s been experiencing some abdominal pain. the ultrasound detected no foetus - but just to be on the safe side, ayu was referred to the obgyn specialist for further checkup.
so come monday, she headed for the specialist and found out that she has molar pregnancy. ayu was then sent into the operaton room for D&C. mama, upon hearing the news, packed up and drove to shah alam with papa to provide emotional support.
me.. being concerned after ayu’s case - reported to work late today just so i could do an ultrasound myself even though i am only 12-13 weeks along. alhamdulillah, the baby’s heartbeat was detected although the legs are yet to be fully formed.
back at work, i wish people would start using email as the main form of communication as have had to send out emails to a few companies and being in a project, it is definitely not fun as we don’t hv a fax machine to call our own - kira menumpang kasih (add to that - we have to go 10 floors up to use the fax machine!!)
oh well.. i am off!! it’s past 6 pm and all of my colleagues are already gone!
