i confess.. i get obsessed with baby names.. especially the girl names… there’s so many to choose from.

kena pulak we’ve set a precedent.. kya has 3 names to call her own.. yeah.. a bit too much.. but what to do.. we were very excited ! good thing she didn’t end up with faramir as one of her names … that would be so cruel….

so now.. regardless of boy or girl.. the initials must be a.n.f. (middle name must be nur or nor)

but i may change my mind later.. there’s 7 or so months to go kan?

i’ve been meaning to post this entry since forever – but was tied up with work and ended up dozing off at 9-10pm every nite. which meant no chance of me to really sit down and come up with the entry.

so kya celebrated her 3rd birthday 2 weeks ago… which also marks the end of the 3 year gap by which i promised we’ll start thinking about adding on to the family.

it had also been two weeks since my menses was due. anticipating the coming of a new member to the family – i got me a home pregnancy test (… i never bothered to when i suspected i was pregnant with kya)..

 and we were pleasantly surprised when this result showed thru the clearblue thingamajig. not wanting to get too excited – i took meself to the gp… and had the results confirmed on wednesday.

so here’s to another (hopefully) smooth pregnancy… and insya ALLAH, we’ll see baby # 2 in feb 2007

you know, those who suddenly end up with only ‘physically there’ husbands / other half for the duration of mid-June to mid-July (in some cases, physically also gone.. that’s what you get when the matches are 9-11pm or 12-2 am or 3-5am).

makan bola tido bola minum coca cola.. that was the motto that coca-cola harped on last world cup. and another advertisement built on that motto by having Adibah Noor serve a football to her football-mad family

THANK GOD amir is not football-crazy… hehehe… papa and my bros are more accidental-fans (if they accidently switched to a football match – then they’d follow it through)

so, again… here’s my sincerest sympathies to my friends who have football mad spouses or other-half.

we’ll be watching the other neglected channels on astro (star world, axn and the likes)

….. that’s kya’s latest favorite phrase.

whenever she wants to express surprise or exasperation.. she’ll go ‘oh my goodness!! toys kakak mana?’ or ‘oh my goodness! motor baba rosak?!’

every time she does whoever is around at the time will end up laughing.. mcm budak beso plak..  another fav phrase of her is uh huhhh…

oh.. she turned 3 last saturday.. in kg parit semarang, batu pahat… and got herself scratches on both knees… that’s what happens when a city kid heads for kampung area… she keeps wanting to cross the small bridge (what’s titi in english aaar?) near the wedding location.. i had to stop her from running towards it and ended up causing kya to fall.. (yeah … mama buat)..

and she’s never let me forget it…. whenever she fails to get what she wants… she starts pointing at both her knees and mentioning that it hurts… trying to wheedle her way through… pandai manipulate sungguh!

i worry for me and amir… how she’ll twist us around her lil finger when she grows up…. be strongggg!!! be strongg!!!
