hello … me!
19 12 2005was going thru my daily fair what’s happening around the world courtesy of google news.
this one caught my attention > digital time capsules.
i personally have never contributed to time capsules - i don’t think in malaysia you can afford to do it - your school today may end up becoming some commercial centre tomorrow (i do know that my school is relocating since some parts of land gazetted for the school has been turned into a residential area - like wtf?)
but sending an email/letter to myself - 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 yrs down the road is a pretty nifty idea - freaky, maybe. but still nifty. but is it feasible? i can’t even locate emails from 3 yrs ago in my own archives. redundancy is all good and fine but hey.. it’s just a dumb letter. who’s to make sure it gets sent?
however, just for the fun of it, methinks will give it a go. send me an email 1 year down the road. see whether what i aspire to happen by end 2006 does eventuate.
if you’re planning to write yourself a letter too - go here and futureyourself!
