16 08 2005am currently offsite attending a training session that’s supposed to last 5 days - i have been here for 2 days now and am just about ready to throttle the trainer.
it’s bad enough that there are stuff still to be done back at the office. to get a novice trainer for a MYR6,500 course is a bit shabby of the organiser. the guy seems to know his stuff - he has certifications left and right (with all due respect - these were all awarded by the his own company - so whether he truly does know his stuff will only be answered if we end up hving to engage him as our consultant). but he can’t train for nuts!
he is not sure of the training system and keeps having to pause in the midst of a demonstration to think about what he needs to do next. bloody waste of my time and the company’s money - thank god i don’t end up being bonded for attending this less-than-satisfactory training session.
by all means - this is ONLY the second day. but if he doesn’t buckle up soon - the group may declare mutiny and request for another trainer - certificates are fine and all but if you can’t explain for shit - then it’s bloody no use la kan?
