i hv been quite tardy in upgrading - wp has released incremental version upgrades for the past 2 mths - all of which i ignored.
so now.. it’s time to upgrade. me blog site maybe down a bit if i get this done wrongly. else, it would seem like no interruption at all!

it’s done! pheww!!.. that’s one thing of my mind.. now to focus on other pressing things.. like sleep
finally. after 6 mths of delay, mkland’s subsidiary - finally delivered the apartment that was s’posed to be ready dec 04.
i’ve been patiently following up on the status of the development - and also a number of passing by the development area (it’s smack beside the highway). delays they say are inevitable - since the contractors for st used illegal immigrants as their labor base and due to the smart-assed decision of our elected leaders - those were shipped back home and in the end, it ended up to be a move that should’ve been planned better!
enuff abt those politicians - back to home.
so I am now a belated home-owner - goodness gracious!
next in the process is to go and bitch abt the shoddy workmanship and taking measurements & photos to document this momentous event!
expect to see those loaded within 2 weeks’ time - and we’re looking for tenants! since i don’t think it efficient to be staying in PJ when both amir & i work in KL. so go figure - toll, time, effort, stress levels - all do not sum up well to induce us to consider PJ as our new home.
quick take:
it’s fawzy’s birthday today - methinks he’s convinced we forgot - we didn’t - it’s just that he was asleep before we got to take out the b’day cake and wish him - so later today it is!
