17 06 2005what’s with this one user of ours that she would insist on calling close to/or after 5 pm and force me to stay back just to answer her friggin’ questions.
WAAARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! am actually answering her queries while typing in the entry.. mentally throttling the user over the phone.. dieee diieeee dieee.. kill killl dieee dieee!!!! DIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
i do know that not everybody is equipped with the skills to use a computer correctly, but the least she could do is get hold of her IT guy…. damn IT guy for leaving her at my mercy..
ok.. we’re done.. better pack up before she rings again. at least i won’t feel guilty for not picking up her call.

and i am not supposed to do that section of support pun!!!!!! oh well.. in the name of keeping the good name of the company, who can’t be bothered to even make us feel appreciated.
