after plodding along the year happily doing that thing we have to do to get food on our respective dinner tables, it’s that time of the year again.

performance evaluation.

it’s not that i don’t like being evaluated. evaluate away .. you can evaluate me monthly if have to be. but please let me have clear expectations and objectives. which is a bit hard to do when u end up doing all the odd ends and bits that nobody seems to want to do on top of whatever you’re supposed to do.

i hope with the introduction of the performance evaluation process (with its spanking new guidelines and all), this would be less painful to us.

as for now.. it’s back to wrecking me brain to figure out what was it i was expected to do at the start of last phase and this.
