was walking back from getting me a Chocolate Fudge from Secret Recipe on the 1st Level of Suria KLCC when i passed by the corridor that leads to the public phones and toilet area.
saw this big sign indicating that it is a pay toilet (all other loos in the complex is free) since it’s a Premier Service Toilet.
for a charge of RM2.00, i don’t know what to expect and i won’t be forking out that much when i can head for the loos on my floor in the towers.

studying in melbourne has got me pampered. with all the public amenities that are offered that is. the loos at the shopping complexes are not only free – they’re clean too! there are some exceptions here and there but on average i’d give them a 3.89 out of 5 cleanliness rating. (reminds me of PCK – Chu Beng being elected as the President of the Clean Toilet Society and Stomp! @ Studio D – when Azura had the tour of Singapore loos with a loo inspector)
some ppl attribute the low stds of hygiene to the fact that malaysians use water to wash up. now why is that hard for me to believe? it’s only water after all – not bodily fluids!
